This Saturday, the public is welcomed back to Pop Up in the Bluff. The family fun starts at Barraque Street and Third Avenue at 11 a.m. and continues until 3 p.m. There will be displays, arts and crafts, information stations, a variety of food trucks, an estimated 45 vendors, as well as plenty of kids' activities and live music.
A White Hall High School senior and lifeguard at the Carl A. Redus Pine Bluff Aquatics Center was acknowledged Monday during the Pine Bluff city council meeting for saving the lives of four people using the city pool.
Contractors with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will refurbish the public fishing pier on Lake Saracen beginning Friday. The cost of the project is estimated at $30,000.
