WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (WOIO) - A joint effort between Willoughby Police and the Lake County Narcotics Agency lead to the arrest of two Clevelanders for trafficking in drugs on Dec. 4.
Police said officers saw two males parked in a lot near SR-91 and Maplegrove, and when they approached the car, they smelled an odor of marijuana.
A search of the car lead to officers seizing an open container of alcohol, suspected marijuana, cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, a scale, and a large amount of cash, according to police.
