The Lahore Police have arrested the main suspect in connection with the murder of Lahore journalist Husnain Shah after interrogating three detained shooters or hitmen. Shah was shot dead outside the Lahore Press Club on January 24. The police found 10 bullet casings in his car. He was intercepted and shot while still in his car just outside the press club. On Wednesday, three men, who were said to be the shooters hired by someone, were detained for their alleged involvement in the murder. The police say they have a record of looting and robbing people. The suspect, Amir Butt, was arrested after the three detained men pointed the police towards him during the interrogation. .
