Bosses of Keltbray-owned specialist complete management buyout
The founders of Lagan Power have bought the company from Keltbray.
Directors Emmet Lagan and Stephen Lagan have completed the management buyout of the electrical engineering company that was acquired by the multi-disciplinary specialist in 2018.
The Tyrone-headquartered company, known as Keltbray Lagan Power, has been renamed Lagan Energy Engineering.
Emmet and Stephen Lagan said in a statement: “All the employees at KLP (now Lagan Energy Engineering) are grateful for the experience shared with the Keltbray Group and we wish them every success in the future. We will continue to work with Keltbray Group where business opportunities present themselves and we look forward to maintaining valued relationships forged with esteemed colleagues over the past two years.”
