• Built-to-suit (BTS) development for 11,000 sqm distribution center located in Frasers Property Logistics Center (Bangplee 2).
• Scheduled for completion within Q3/2022, ambient and temperature-controlled warehouses to store food ingredients, cosmetic ingredients, pharmaceutical ingredients, and specialty chemicals, furthering DKSH’s position as a leading specialty chemicals and food distributor.
• Project aiming to implement green building guideline with commitment to achieving LEED Certified level minimally.
