Gavin Stone struck out 10 for Triple-A Oklahoma City, and he got new teammates with Dodgers minor league outfielders Andy Pages and Jonny DeLuca promoted from Double-A.
Dodgers infielder Jorbit Vivas started his season with a 15-game hitting streak for Double-A Tulsa, hitting .400. But he’s also turned on the power this year, with 15 extra-base hits so far.
Sunday in the Dodgers minors saw Low-A Rancho Cucamonga third baseman Kyle Nevin extend his hitting streak to eight games. And High-A Great Lakes somehow hit into a triple play and scored a run on the play.
