Chairman and members of the public members of the committee i wanted to thank the csa staff for helping us the State Government code authorized all couldnt roareders to collect an additional one dollars fee in order to help protect the Social Security numbers to reject the first 5 digit numbers going back to 19 in 2008 the board authorized the Recorders Office to begin charging the fees that sun sets in 2015 and those are to redact those audits the Assessors Office was to implement the Social Security numbers from official records starting in 2009 when we start our go forward process the ordinance required two reviews this was the first view to be implemented and another review that the county recorders meetings needs to do the recorders use their
