Six states, inclcling nebraska have filed a lawsuit against the Obama Administration over the Affordable Care act. The suit takes issue with the fee assessed to insurance providers to pay for federal subsidies. The complaint claims nothing in the Affordable Care act made it clear the states would have to pay the fee. The states hope to put a stop to ththrules that say they must pay ththfee and get reimbursed for what theyve already paid. Texas, wisconsin, kansas, louisiana and indiana are also part of the lawsuit. The field is dwindling. But the intensity and stakes are not. Neunaber struck his mother repeatedly in the head with a steel bar. He says his mother was conscious during the first 8 to 10 strikes. He continued to strike her over forty more times, shattering her skull and killing her. Neunaber then tried to commit suicide. And then later i took some pills with the idea we could all be ried together. Obviously that did not work i am still here. Neunaber pleaded guilty to seconddegree murder, and an additional count of willful injury. When hes sentenced, the judge could sentence neunaber to up to 60years in prison. He will likely also have to pay restitution of 150,000. Neunaber said he intended to cause serious injury to his mother, and that his actions were intentional.
