Ricardo Tovar grew up in the Bay Area and would later attend Chico State earning a bachelor's in news journalism. While in college he covered the deadliest Camp Fire in California history the Camp Fire.
An Independence, Missouri, native, JoBeth Davis joined KMBC-TV in 2013 and now serves as the station’s Digital Media Manager. An alum of Truman High School, JoBeth went on to study Convergence Journalism at the University of Missouri, where she graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Journalism and a minor in political science.
As of Wednesday, several thousand PG&E customers were still without power in the Santa Cruz mountains, but PG&E expected to have the power back on by 10 p.m. Thursday.
