Apple's shares have experienced a 4 per cent decrease in 2024, following a 48 per cent surge the previous year. In contrast, Microsoft has seen a 2 per cent increase this year, building on a substantial 57 per cent surge in 2023.
The consideration comes as the electronics and information technology ministry in India is fine-tuning a proposal, aiming to include the potential duty cuts in the upcoming interim budget on February 1.
Bajaj Auto plans to repurchase shares at a premium of 43 per cent, setting the buyback price at Rs 10,000 per share, a sizeable increase from the previous day's closing price of Rs 6,983.85.
