Joe Biden will sign the $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief bill on Thursday afternoon, contrary to previous plans for him to sign the massive legislation on Friday.
The House passed the final version of his American Rescue Plan on Wednesday – and the president vowed over the weekend that he would sign it into law immediately as it hit his desk.
After the White House announced Wednesday that Biden would sign the bill on Friday, Republicans blasted him for delaying the signage for two days.
