MINOT, N.D. (AP) Police in Devil’s Lake have captured two men suspected of burglarizing a jewelry store in Minot last month.
Police in Minot said someone broke into Knowles Jewelry on June 30 and made off with an undisclosed amount of jewelry.
Police said in a news release Friday that police in Devil’s Lake captured two men suspected in the burglary following a pursuit.
The release said the men possessed items taken in the jewelry store burglary.

July 9, 2021 Update: The Minot Police Department has secured arrest warrants for Trevon O. Anderson and Jorge S. Mendoza in connection to the Burglary of Knowles Jewelry. Both subjects were apprehended by the Devil’s Lake Police Department after being led on a pursuit. The two subjects were found to be in possession of items taken in the Knowles Jewelry Burglary. Other evidence was obtained that connected them to this crime. As a result, Anderson and Mendoza were charged with Theft of Property (Class A Felony), Burglary (Class C Felony), Criminal Mischief (Class C Felony) and Wearing a mask during commission of a criminal offense (Class A Misdemeanor). Both subjects are in the custody of Lake Region Correctional Center in Devils lake ND
