The doctor leaves out again. He comes back with a second totally different male visitor. Then afterwards, that second visitor leaves. He has his backpack and he has his wallet. Hotel staff found the doctors body check out time the next morning. He was on the floor next to the bed. He was naked and he had some type of leather belt extremely tight around his neck. Reporter detectives say he was strangled to death. They collected bags of evidence yesterday and were back out today retrieving more video and canvassing the neighborhood. The second visitor who were calling a person of interest is described as light complected mail in his mid 20s wearing a red puffy vest.
