feeding since the beginning. i want to make note of someone who made history. alyssa nakken became first woman to coach on the field of a regular season game. there she is with her blond braid, the 31 subbed for san francisco giants first-base coach who was ejected against the san diego padres. she normally serves as assistant coach in the dugout. on the moment, she said, quote, somebody needed to go out. our first base coach got thrown out. i ve been in training as first base coach for at least a few years so i stepped into what i ve been hired to do which is to support the team and staff. in a celebratory moment, eric kosser in shook her hand and the coach who congratulated her after the inning when she returned to the dugout. nakken s team may have won 13-2
