The lawsuit that led to the Powdr Corp. sale of Park City Mountain Resort to Vail Resorts launched 10 years ago this week and involved 2 1/2 years of drama as the former ownership of PCMR unsuccessfully attempted to retain control of the resort. There were extraordinary moments throughout the proceedings, some leaving the community shocked and others leaving a numbing feeling in the Park City area.
