Woman killed in Kinabatangan mishap | Daily Express Online - Sabah's Leading News Portal

A 31-year-old woman driver succumbed to injuries after her Perodua Kenari collided with a Toyota Fortuner belonging to the Ministry of Health at Jalan Labuk, Kampung Perpaduan, here, Tuesday.  According to Kinabatangan Fire and Rescue Station Chief, PPgB Nurul Azlan Shah bin Jamaluddin, they rushed to the scene upon receiving a distress call at 3.07pm through MERS999.  He said the victim, identified as Nurul Izzah Fatinah, was extricated from the Kenari by rescuers, but was pronounced dead at the scene by a medical officer.  He added that the Toyota Fortuner driver sustained minor injury and received treatment at Hospital Kinabatangan

Cracks found on mosque's wall, floor | Daily Express Online - Sabah's Leading News Portal

A wall and the floor in the corner of the Al-Hikmah Mosque building in Kg Sungai Rotan, here, were found cracked.  The State Fire and Rescue Department’s Operations Centre (PGO) said it received a call regarding the incident through the Kinabatangan Fire and Rescue Station (BBP) line at about 4.33pm
