The Baltimore County day care owner arrested in Washington, D.C. after allegedly shooting her husband over allegations he’d molested children is set for trial in early December.
James Weems Jr. 57, is being held in custody in Baltimore. He is due before a judge today. He has been charged in a 13-count indictment including three sexual assault against a minor charges.
James Weems is expected to appear in court today to face allegations that he molested at least three children at his wife's day care in Owings Mills.
