Pashinyan proposes deployment of int l observers along Armenian-Azerbaijani border
At a Security Council meeting on Thursday, caretaker Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated that the situation on the border with Azerbaijan is tense.
His comments came after six Armenian servicemen were captured by the Azerbaijani troops while carrying out engineering work in the border area of Gegharkunik Province early on Thursday.
