‘Too good to be dropped’: Shoaib Akhtar on Imad Wasim
Former fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar on Sunday said that he was surprised to see all-rounder Imad Wasim not being selected in Pakistan’s Twenty20 International squad for the upcoming series against South Africa and Zimbabwe,
Talking to media at a Smart Sports Gala Programme in Islamabad, the 45-year-old was not satisfied with the decision of the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) selection committee to drop Imad.
“He deserved a place in the T20 squad as he is too good to be dropped from the T20 team,” he said.
