Two police personnel were injured after a few men suspected to be illegally extracting sand attacked a mobile court drive at Perachhara area of Khagrachhari today. The incident took place in the afternoon when the culprits hurled brickbats at mobile court officials and accompanying police personnel leaving constables Mehedi Hasan (24) and Md Al Noman (21) injured, said Golam Afsar, inspector (investigation) at Khagrachhari Sadar Police Station.
