It doesnt seem like his character and he claims the stuff was put on his computer he didnt know about. Reporter then time passed and his case kept getting delayed. His father believes that is the trigger for what happened next. He believes he created a facebook profile under the name of the Police Officer who arrested him and used it to distribute child pornography. He had an ax to grind. Reporter a detective in michigan discovered it. Realized something wasnt right. When he made a couple of phone calls it became clear that it was a hoax and that the facebook profile was fictitious.
