Model our idea was to this on the Congressional Budget Office. Regulation is really complex. Congress does not really have access to sufficient numbers of experts that can advise them on it. I mean it emphasized that there are very few world histol actors amongst the b of people who are on this earth, and that he had the moment to make a choice to make himself a man of history. It dangled this beautiful vision of what his country could become. Again, ive never seen anything like this. And, yeah, it was clearly propaganda aimed at persuading the north korean dictator.
