Police are prepared for the worst. Fencing has been reinstalled and officers are on high alert. But this is not another insurrection. Lets be clear. It is not even really a protest. You can see its very much whittled down. When you look out in the crowd you see little groups of pockets of people here. But its still unclear whether or not they were part of this protest, this rally or whatever you want to call it or if they stopped by to see things afterwards.
