Is now charged in connection with a nearly three yearold homicide. This is video from the scene of the shooting. It happened on delhi avenue in sedamsville in july of 2013. Police say they found Michael Hopkins dead inside of an apartment building. Court documents state, 32yearold William Smith killed hopkins during a robbery. He will be arraigned this morning. We do want to check the forecast. It looks like were dealing with wet and cold. Heres brandon orr. Yeah were dry so far today. Thats not going to last too much longer. Not much going on downtown. Temperatures 32 degrees. It was down 27 overnight. Its been slowly starting to creep up to that freezing mark. Its going to continue to rise. The wind coming out of the south warming up. Precision doppler white as snow and you can see this band of snow slowly moving into cincinnati. Notice how its breaking up . We have layer of ground air and a lot of snow is drying up before it makes it to the ground. So thats why were not seeing too much snow fall but i suspect its coming down a little heavier.
