I think we have turned another corner on the focus for what will be driving emergency management in the near term. This being the risks of homegrown right-wing terrorists. I put new in quotes above since there is nothing new about this threat. It has just surfaced dramatically in the last 10 days. Just go back and look at the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing and you see all the elements that we will be battling now. It happened in April and riveted the attention of the nation back then. The threat never really went away. It has just resurfaced and come into the open with encouragement by some elected officials.
