Neighbors tell us, the boy may have been stuck for sometime, unable to breath before he was found hanging in the window. Were told by family members, this is the little boys grandmothers house. Neighbors rushed to help when they heard screams, and began cpr before paramedics took over. But they say there was nothing they could do. I was just praying in his head, please god give him life.
