Charles Orlando pleaded guilty in December 2019 to eight counts in a federal indictment that indicated there were two minor victims. He is facing additional charges in Delaware County.
Jason Hasson was also ordered to register for life as a sexual offender under Megan's Law and was deemed a "sexually violent predator" requiring additional oversight and treatment.
