Sangram Keshari Mohapatra of Madhapur locality in Kendrapada town received bullet wounds during the Ram temple agitation in Ayodhya in 1990. He has received an invitation to attend the consecration ceremony of Lord Ram at the newly built shrine in Ayodhya.
