Reopening will be gradual

The facility will be open Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Community members who want to use YMCA facilities or take part in programs must purchase a summer pass. In a news release, the YMCA said both its Sudbury and North Bay facilities will reopen at 6 a.m. for fitness classes, the fitness centre and change rooms.

The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario has opened registration for summer day camps in North Bay, Sudbury and their surrounding areas.
“We are so excited to be planning YMCA Summer Day Camp for the youth in our communities this summer,” Kendra MacIsaac, vice-president of health and wellness for the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario, said in a statement.
