Lackluster is characterized by little to no communications unless initiated by the board, not following through with board instructions, and inability to manage our violations process in a steady and predictable manner.
One byproduct of the pandemic was the explosive growth of virtual meeting software platform usage for board meetings, and there has been confusion for three years regarding whether HOAs could hold purely virtual meetings.
