Joseph Edward Tipton, 43, of Granite Falls, was sentenced to prison after he pleaded guilty to fleeing a peace officer in motor vehicle in March of 2023. He was sentenced to 17 months of prison.
Nicholas Anthony Cassens, 40, of Hutchinson, was sentenced to prison in a crash that injured two people in 2020. A toxicology report revealed he was under the influence of drugs.
Khristian Apollo Kezena, 28, was sentenced to nearly three years in prison for first-degree impaired driving in Yellow Medicine County. This conviction marks his fourth within 10 years.
Roger Joseph Ebnet, of Benson, a teacher for more than 30 years, is being charged with three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, alleging he had sexual contact with three minor boys. Benson Public Schools said Ebnet is on paid administrative leave.
