The Great Pottery Throw Down is a Channel 4 series which sees amateur potters compete against each other to become crowned the ultimate pottery champion. Hosted by Siobhán McSweeney, it s filmed at Gladstone Pottery in Longton, Stoke. It was previously filmed at Middleport Pottery but moved after the Covid pandemic. The sixth series of the show will start on January 8 2023 at 7.45pm. Judges are Keith Brymer Jones and Rich Miller and there are 12 contestants.
