BTS member Suga just turned 28 years old after he celebrated his birthday earlier this week. On Thursday, March 11, Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital divulged that the co-member of Jungkook, Jin, Jimin, J-Hope, V and RM made a meaningful donation as part of his birthday revelries.
BTS Member Suga Donates $88K USD on His 28
th Birthday
Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital director Cho Ji Heum shared that all workers in the said medical institution were moved with Suga s donation worth 100 million Won or $88,420.46 USD. Cho added he hopes that the humanitarian efforts of the BTS member would spread throughout the world.
BTS member Suga has celebrated his birthday in a special way!
On March 11, Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital shared that Suga donated 100 million won (approximately $87,980) to help treat pediatric cancer patients as a way to celebrate his 28th (by international reckoning) birthday.
Suga, whose birthday was on March 9, said, “I hope this donation will help children who are not receiving treatment due to difficult family circumstances so that they can grow healthy and bright.”
Cho Ji Heum, the director of Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital, stated, “Suga’s donation is touching, and we are grateful for it. We hope that this good influence will spread throughout society. We are proud of the BTS members who are enhancing national prestige through good stages. We hope you will continue to work as artists who are loved all over the world.”

BTS’ Suga celebrated his 28th birthday on March 9th and he marked the special occasion with a big donation to Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital. The hospital shared Suga donated 100 million won, which is about $87,980. The donation will go to help treat pediatric cancer patients.
“Suga’s donation is touching, and we are grateful for it. We hope that this good influence will spread throughout society,”Cho Ji Heum, the director of Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital, stated.
Suga has donated on his birthday since 2018 when he sent Koren beef to 39 orphanages which was a promise he had made to fans, then in 2019, he donated 100 million won and 329 dolls in the ARMYs name.
