Two Security Guards are recovering after police say a suspect opened fire during a burglary attempt Officials Say around 12 thirty this afternoon a man attempted to steal a cart full of tools. When two guards struggled to take the suspect into custody, he pulled out a revolver and shot one of the guards in the right shoulder. And before running off, gun butted the second guard on the left side of the head. Both guards are expected to be okay. Police are investigating an earlymorning crash that claimed the life of 57year old san leandro resident lomia faumuina. Kron 4s mike pelton shows us what Police Believe led to the crash. Here is a little more of the Union Leaders themselves. They need to present their facts on the contract. They hear it and they make a determination on how to perceive. It is not like a hearing. Did they find the cause . We dont know what theyre going to find. What they find is whether what theyre looking for whether or not to extend this. Whether or not that the parties have the ability to reach an agreement.
