BAY CITY, MI - The Bay City Commission is reviewing its “pay as you throw” system for trash, which Parks and Environmental Affairs Manager Tim Botzau said has been a nightmare for customers and staff.
“It’s been a challenge, to say the least,” Botzau told the Bay City Commission on Tuesday, Jan. 19.
