Social housing provider Guinness Partnership has announced a new architecture framework [Deadline: 11 March 2021]
Teams selected for the four-year agreement will have the opportunity to work with one of England’s largest housing associations on its plans to deliver 5,500 ‘safe, high quality, well designed homes where people want to live’ by 2024.

The framework is divided into three lots – covering London, the South and the South East; the North; and the South West – with three teams expected to be appointed to each lot. Around 50 per cent of the new build homes delivered through the framework will be in the London area, with 30 per cent in the North, and 20 per cent in the South West.
