LABUAN: Some 400 people at the Filipino Refugee Community Settlement Scheme (SPMP) in Kampung Muslim, here, underwent Covid-19 testing following “Ops Bersih” conducted Sunday.
Labuan Health Department Director Dr Ismuni Bohari said the mass screening using Antigen Rapid Test Kit (RTK-Ag) was to identify undetected positive cases in the densely-populated settlement.
“We cannot afford to have repetitive cases in the refugee settlement as this will have an adverse impact (Covid-19 wider spreads) to the local community.
