So we focus on making very deep connections with employers in those sectors that do still offer middleaged jobs and then building up Career Pathways, Training Programs in partnership with those employers and health sectors. I will just tell you a little bit more about what that looks like. Looks like connecting people with skill building training, the hard skills, Technical Skills and soft skills for communication skills. Followed by a paid Work Experience in partnership with the employer often paid by the employer and then a direct connection to employment, with a goal of getting people into jobs somewhere in between 40 and 80,000 a year.
