So the same things that nsa is required to do, just for spying, fbi is not required to do, yet theyre the ones throwing people in jail. So i mean, we made as a nation a policy choice after 9 11, there was a lot of discussion about should we set up a separate Domestic Intelligence agency. And the choice was made, no, were going to keep it in the fbi. That necessarily means weve got an agency that does both intelligence and Law Enforcement.
