Hall recently stepped away from his executive chef and co-owner positions at Main St. Provisions as he continues to battle chronic pain caused by costochondritis and Tietze syndrome.
The participating chefs which have included James Trees, Justin Kingsley Hall and Nicole Brisson have been given free license with the menu, with proceeds from each event going to a charity of their choice.
