A federal judge in Washington on Friday formally referred a Minnesota lawyer for potential discipline over a lawsuit filed in December seeking to overturn President Joe Biden’s wins in at least five battleground states.
U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg said the suit was so flimsy and legally flawed that it could merit the attorney who filed it, Erick Kaardal of Minneapolis, facing some sort of punishment from the court.
Country Christmas SxS ride supports Humane Society

ARKPORT A Country Christmas Side by Side Ride has brightened the holiday season for the Hornell Area Humane Society.
Allison Byron, Justin Flint and Jamie Sarvis spent about a month coordinating the recent ride. Their idea was to go on a ride with all the SxS’s in the area, with all the machines decorated for Christmas. Their goal? Raise money for a good cause through the event.
After some discussion, the group selected the Hornell Area Humane Society.
“The Humane Society could not do as many fundraisers this year due to COVID so it was the perfect opportunity to give back to one of our local organizations,” said Byron.
