Jury selection began this past Monday in Naflan Doole’s trial.
It marked the first start of a criminal jury trial since the onset of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in March of last year.
Justice Alexander Jeong is presiding over the trial.
Doole, 25, is accused of attacking the woman around 5 p.m. on July 25, 2018, outside of 2800 Victory Blvd., which is the address for the College of Staten Island.
