Mumbai: QYOU Media Inc on Tuesday announced that it has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire leading Influencer marketing company Chtrbox in India. The acquisition is part of the company’s continued focus on India, and in the creator economy and content domain. QYOU Media will initially purchase a majority stake in Chtrbox, with a three year earn out.
