Oldbury woman has been issued with a restraining order and given a suspended jail sentence after admitting harassing a man with persistent calls and voice messages on his mobile phone. Standhor Khan, aged 50, of Newbury Lane, Sandwell, also admitted driving while disqualified and was in breach of a community order imposed for failing to provide a breath test.
