On Monday, Judge Kevin Elsenheimer of the 13th Circuit Court heard arguments on the motion to dismiss Bailey v. Antrim County. However, the court ruled that Judge Elsenheimer will now take about a week to decide whether to allow the case to move forward. Lawyers for Antrim County and Michigan s Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson are pushing hard to shut the case down.
