Furthermore, former managing director and founder of Seafood, Joycelyn Neve will also be joining Oakman to head up the new Seafood Pub division, which will initially be based in the north.
The new sites restore 150 jobs and mean Oakman is on track to have 40 venues in its estate by the end of this year.

Deal struck for Seafood Pub Company saving East Lancashire venues and jobs
A deal to purchase six pubs previously operated by the Seafood Pub Company has been agreed – saving 150 jobs in the area. The Alma Inn in Laneshawbridge, the Derby Arms in Longridge, the Farmers Arms in Great Eccleston, the Fenwick Arms in Claughton, the Forest Inn in Fence and the Fleece Inn in Addingham will all open their doors again after being purchased by The Oakman Group. The Seafood Pub Company’s remaining two Lancashire venues, the Assheton Arms in Downham and the Oyster and Otter in Blackburn were not part of the deal.
Punch purchases seven-pub package from Heartstone Inns

The MA in January, the operator of about 1,250 pubs across England, Scotland and Wales, completed the acquisition of seven pubs from Heartstone Inns.
Established in 2007, Heartstone Inns will continue to operate its remaining eight pubs following the sale of seven sites in the south-west to Punch.
