It happened in Little Egg Harbor bay near long beach island. Thirteen people were on board when that boat went out of control and went a ground. It happened before daylight and the victim was walking a long carding ton drive when a man passed her on foot and turned around and grabbed her. He reportedly dragged her behind a tree on cobbs creek golf course and raped her. Its very horrifying and scary.
