Fear Street Part Two: 1978 Trailer Heads to a Killer Summer Camp

The Fear Street trilogy kicked off last Friday on Netflix with the 1994-set first film, and the second film’s trailer heads back to summer camp (uh-oh) in 1978. Netflix has released the trailer to the second entry in the releasing-weekly trilogy, Fear Street Part II: 1978, which will explore an earlier era of Shadyside as the 1970s sparkle and of course, a killer stalks Camp Nightwing. The new film explores a camp where the same wealth divide seen in the first film between the rich of Sunnyvale and the downtrodden in Shadyside are in play. Following on the events of 1994, Cindy Berman (Gillian Jacobs) tells Sam (Olivia Welch) and Josh (Benjamin Flores Jr.) about what happened at the camp that left everyone dead. The official synopsis for the movie, which arrives Friday on Netflix (and is followed by

The Killer(s) In Fear Street Part 1: 1994 Cannot Be Stopped

The Killer(s) In Fear Street Part 1: 1994 Cannot Be Stopped Refinery29 9 hrs ago Fear Street trilogy to keep track of. There’s the Skull Mask Killer, who goes on a rampage at the Shadyside Mall in 1994. There’s also the 1978 Camp Nightwing killer and suicidal murderer Ruby Lane, who killed her boyfriend back in the ’50s. Not to mention, the most unlikely killer, our final girl Deanna ( Trinkets‘ Kiana Madeira), who happens to be doing it for the right reasons. Not that that makes watching her drown her girlfriend Sam ( What we soon learn though is that the real killer is someone we haven’t met yet and she’s the biggest bad of all. So bad that it may take another two movies to even get to her.
