ALBION â A village man has been charged with eight felonies and six misdemeanors after he admitted that he was mixing explosives in a garage and causing a fire that destroyed three houses Dec. 5.
Gary A. Tarr, 56, of 221 West State St., was charged Thursday with five counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, three counts of fourth-degree arson, all felonies, and three misdemeanor counts each of criminal mischief and reckless endangerment of property.
