Former competitive figure-skater-turned-actor Alex Benoit, a Naperville native, says being in the right place at the right time and with the right mindset helped him get where he is today a cast member in Chicago Shakespeare Theater s world premiere of "The Notebook."
Ingrid Michaelson and Bekah Brunstetter, the writers behind the world premiere production, were gratified to have more time to adapt the beloved novel and film.
